CircleWay Logistics (Pty) LTD is a 100% Black-owned, Black-managed and Black-controlled company based in Kempton park, Johannesburg, South Africa. The company was established by a group of seasoned industry professionals with collective experience of over 50 years amongst them.
Company Structure
The company has a relatively flat structure that allows interaction across functionalities. This allows constant cross pollination that promotes customer service and prioritises customer satisfaction.

Enterprise Development
We understand very well where we come from and how difficult it can be for emerging businesses to enter the market in industrial sectors. We therefore have a comprehensive development programme that focuses on the following initiatives:
- Mentorship: We mentor up and coming entrepreneurs by partnering them with our senior experienced managers where they can learn on the job, secure advises on specific matters, and gain access to extensive know-how whenever required
- Joint Ventures: We partner with up and coming SMMEs on projects to allow them to gain experience and improve their company profile by participating in sizeable projects
- Financing: Where possible, we assist SMMEs with project finance using the project budget as security within the risk-managing model.
